Building the communication layer for wallet-native identity.
Dial turns wallets into reachable communication endpoints. Working across product development, brand, positioning, partnerships, monetization, and go-to-market strategy, I helped shape how the product is understood, used, and brought to market.

Target Users
Creators, communities, organizations, developers, and wallet users
On-chain identities hold value, but they still cannot naturally communicate.
Wallets have become identities, accounts, transaction histories, membership credentials, and access keys. However, communication still happens through disconnected Web2 systems: Telegram for messages, Discord for communities, Zoom for calls, X for broadcasts, email for formal communication, and separate tools for payments, bookings, and support.
The result is fragmented identity, fragmented context, fragmented trust, and fragmented monetization.
Fragmented Identity
Your wallet, Telegram handle, Discord name, email, and phone number are all separate identities with no unified layer.
No Native Reachability
Someone who has transacted with your wallet has no way to call, message, or verify your identity through that connection.
Broken Trust Signals
Impersonation, spam, and phishing thrive when communication channels carry no native verification.
Disconnected Monetization
Creators, advisors, and communities must bolt payment systems onto platforms that were not designed for programmable access.
“Dial does not add another destination to the stack. It creates a communications layer connecting identity, reach, live presence, and value.”
Make the wallet reachable.
Dial’s central innovation is not simply “chat on-chain.” The deeper product thesis is that a wallet can become a routable communication endpoint. Once a wallet can be reached, verified, and connected, it becomes possible to build wallet-to-wallet calls, verified messages, identity-linked profiles, paid access, gated rooms, support lines, live broadcasts, payment requests, and communication APIs.
Identity & Context
Understand who is interacting with you through wallet identity, network context, profiles, and verified information.
Relationships
Convert wallet activity and relationships into contacts, communication threads, communities, and persistent connections.
Programmable Value
Connect communication to payments, invoicing, paid access, pay-to-call, subscriptions, splits, and programmable value.
Communication
Call, message, broadcast, route, and connect with people or organizations through wallets and related identity endpoints.
One communication layer. Multiple product surfaces.
01
Call a wallet like a phone number
Dial allows a known wallet, address, ENS identity, or supported handle to become reachable through audio or video communication. No phone number required. The wallet itself is the endpoint.
- →Wallet-to-wallet audio and video calls
- →Call notifications and address book
- →Call history and voicemail
- →Identity display with EVM and Solana connectivity
- →Pay-to-call and attention-pricing capabilities
Wallet selected. Call initiated.
Wallet rings. Call answered.
Identity verified.
02
Turn communities into live, programmable rooms
Party Lines provide wallet-native group communication with configurable access and participation. Gate rooms by tokens, NFTs, passwords, invites, or keep them public.
- →Public, token-gated, NFT-gated, and invite-only rooms
- →Host, speaker, and listener roles with waiting rooms
- →In-room chat, screen sharing, and recording
- →Anonymous participation options
- →Cinema and presentation modes
Audience: Token holders
Interaction: Speak + Q&A
Distribution: Multistream
03
Host on Dial. Reach audiences everywhere.
Dial combines a native room with outbound broadcast distribution. Hosts create the high-value interaction inside Dial while using external platforms for reach.
- →Broadcast Studio with RTMP multistreaming
- →Scene management and live preview
- →Host, speaker, and guest link controls
- →Custom endpoints and recording
- →Route viewers back to rooms, profiles, and gated actions
Live Dial room → X → YouTube → Custom RTMP → Audience back to Dial
04
Make access, attention, and participation programmable
Dial connects communication to native payments and access rules. The communication action itself becomes economically programmable.
- →Pay-to-call and paid direct messages
- →Ticketed rooms and paid memberships
- →Pay-to-speak and premium access
- →Affiliate payouts and host revenue splits
- →x402 communication primitives

05
Turn transactions into relationships
Dial converts wallet identities and interactions into a usable communication network. An address becomes a contact, a communication thread, a customer, a collaborator, or a community member.
- →Wallet-linked profiles with ENS and identity display
- →Address book and contact management
- →Verification and pseudonymous identity controls
- →Communication history and relationship context
- →Future connectors to existing communication channels
Raw address → Dial profile
Contact → Call → Message
Payment request → Room invitation

The Growth Flywheel
Turning complex infrastructure into a simple market proposition.
Dial includes calling, identity, video, broadcasting, payments, APIs, rooms, profiles, rewards, and integrations. The positioning challenge was preventing that breadth from becoming an incoherent feature list. The solution was to organize the product around a smaller number of strategic ideas.
Reach by Wallet
A wallet should be contactable without requiring a separate username, phone number, or centralized social account.
Your Voice. Your Rules.
Users determine who can reach them, what they reveal, and whether access is free, gated, or paid.
Stream Everywhere. Own the Room.
Use external platforms for distribution while maintaining the valuable interaction, identity, and economics inside Dial.
Monetize Attention Natively
Calls, rooms, messages, participation, and access can be connected directly to payment rules.
No Feed. Only Connection.
Dial emphasizes intentional communication rather than passive algorithmic consumption.
What building Dial has reinforced.
The strongest positioning comes from the deepest primitive.
Dial is not best explained as a collection of messaging and streaming features. Its deeper primitive is wallet reachability.
Go-to-market should shape product development.
Creator rooms, support lines, partner broadcasts, paid calls, and community programming generate specific product requirements.
A broad platform needs clear entry products.
Different audiences should enter through the problem they already understand: creators through monetized access, communities through rooms, companies through support, developers through APIs.
Distribution is stronger when the product produces the content.
Live calls, rooms, events, clips, integrations, and partner activations create authentic proof and repeatable media.
